11:00am – 11:45am: Small Womb to World Circle

1:45pm – 2:00pm: Closing Circle & Reflections

Stephanie Risinger will speak about the physiological & emotional significance of becoming a mother. Mamas will have an opportunity to share & listen to personal experiences & discuss how to support oneself through the journey of motherhood.

Stephanie Novacek will discuss the benefits of calming the nervous system using a gentle & safe type of bodywork called Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) & Rhythmic Movements.  Each participant will receive a hands-on treatment of one or both of these techniques in addition to learning tools to use in everyday mama life to help calm their nervous system.
