Spend a day in nature alongside other health-minded friends to learn about the power of gut health through fermentation!
 
This 5-hour retreat will include 3 mini-workshops on the how’s & why’s to kombucha brewing, culturing kefir (water & dairy), & fermenting veggies in addition to a nutrient-dense farm-to-table lunch with a colorful spread of fermented delights prepared by local fermenters & farmers.
 
The opportunity to create a true gut-brain connection through a mindful yoga practice provided by April King Matthys among the sun, trees & animals on #thehappyhenhomestead will also a part of this beautiful autumn day.
 
You will leave this experience with knowledge, confidence & a sense of peace to improve your health through the art of fermentation.
