Rise & shine with other local mamas & mama-to-bes for a crisp Fall morning of nurturing in nature! #thehappyhenhomestead provides 10-acres of retreat just outside of city limits in South Olathe.
The morning will begin with a therapeutic mama/baby (in or outside the belly) yoga flow by the pond followed by a farm fresh spread of nourishing breakfast delights while learning about important prenatal & postpartum topics such as pelvic floor care, gut health & brain body connection for mama & baby.
Tickets are $25 which include yoga, Farm-to-Table breakfast & educational presentations. Babies under 1 year welcome! This is a breastfeeding-friendly environment ♡♡♡
