Rise & shine with other local mamas & mama-to-bes for a crisp Fall morning of nurturing in nature! This experience will provide an opportunity to focus on #selfcare, education & connection on 10-acres of beautiful land just outside of city limits in South Olathe.
Each morning will begin with a therapeutic mama/baby (in or outside the belly) #mindfulmovement flow followed by education & discussion around various Pre & Postnatal topic, including #mindfulness, breathing, pelvic floor health, bottle/breastfeeding, nutrition/gut health, & therapeutic touch & play!
Registration is $45 for each mini Retreat ($75 for both dates) for which includes Mindful Movement, educational presentations from pre/postnatal professionals, & a time to connect with your baby and other mamas in the KC community. Babies under 1 year welcome! This is a breastfeeding-friendly event ♡♡♡
This retreat is designed to be intimate so is limited to 12. We look forward to sharing this #wombtoworld experience with you this Fall!
