This class provides the opportunity to learn how to therapeutically touch your child that will facilitate sensory regulation, aid with digestion, improve sleep patterns, & support motor skill development. The class also incorporates gentle rhythmic movements that help to connect your child’s brain & body for healthy development. The class also serves as an amazing support circle for mothers to connect & inspire one another throughout their child’s first years of life.
Class is open to children 1-4 years of age at any developmental level of ability.
The 3-class series will take place on Mon, July 17th, 24th, & 31st at Cura Integrative Health Care from 1130am-1230pm.
Registration fee is $90 for the series, $35 for a single class.
