Tis the season to gift your gut with the power of fermented foods/drinks! And even more, you can share these gifts with your loved ones this holiday season!

Join us for this interactive workshop to learn the how’s & why’s to fermented foods/beverages in a hands-on environment with other health-minded people. You will leave knowing how to incorporate these healing foods into your holiday celebrations. We will be preparing a fermented spiced cranberry apple/pear chutney to enjoy with your holiday meals!

Samples of various other fermented foods/beverages will be provided throughout the workshop.

Registration includes a jar of each Make n Take holiday chutney for yourself & a jar to gift to a loved one, handouts with recipes, & samples.
