Live Well 🌱 Play Well Workshops are offered to KC families who value wellness from a holistic approach. These monthly workshops will provide education & inspiration on various wellness topics for parents while kids engage in an afternoon of #natureplay.
FEBRUARY TOPIC: Getting To The Root Of Health ~ Gut-Skin Connection
Spend an afternoon with like-minded families learning about the how’s & why’s to gut health that impacts everything from our digestion to our emotions…our immunity to our outer beauty. Licensed aesthetician & Well Wilderness Mama, Alexis Bolan of Radiant Skin & Beauty will share her passion & services for healthy skin care.
Kids 3 & older will participate in a natureplay session with a Learning Ally that will include mindful exploration, crafts & snack.
Registration is $15 per adult & $10 per child.
