Live Well 🌱 Play Well Workshops are offered to KC families who value wellness from a holistic approach. These monthly workshops will provide education & inspiration on various wellness topics for parents while kids engage in an afternoon of #natureplay.
JANUARY TOPIC: Mindful Visionboards
Spend an afternoon with like-minded families to set your intentions for 2019. The concept of mindfulness will be introduced with techniques shared to implement within your family day-to-days. Each family will be provided materials to create a personalized visionboard.
Kids 3 & older will participate in a natureplay session with a Learning Ally that will include mindful exploration, crafts & snack.
Registration is $15 per adult & $10 per child.
